Join Megan for a late evening gentle yoga class! A chance to move through your body and come back to yourself at the end of your day.
Come and join us for some soft, slow, mindful movements. We'll be focusing on moving intuitively, with kindly awareness of body, mind and breath. The asana (postures) will be mostly floor based, with some standing poses. Classes may sometimes include some pranayama (breathwork), meditation and mantra.
Suitable for complete beginners, as well as those familiar with yoga who would like a more gentle practice.
This class is offered on a dana basis. This means the class is freely given, with a suggested donation of £5.
