Saṅgha Night

Saṅgha Night

Our saṅgha evening (meditation and Buddhism) is currently held both via Zoom and here at the Centre. It runs on Wednesdays from 7pm-8:30pm (the Centre doors open at 6:00pm and the zoom room opens 6.55pm). There is usually a Dharma talk and a meditation. This class is suitable for those familiar with our meditation practices, so you would benefit from coming to some introductory classes first.
