Saṅgha Night
Our saṅgha evening (meditation and Buddhism) is currently held both via Zoom and here at the Centre. It runs on Wednesdays from 6:30pm-8:15pm (the Centre doors open at 6:00pm and the zoom room opens 6.25pm). There is usually a Dharma talk and a meditation. This class is suitable for those familiar with our meditation practices, so you would benefit from coming to some introductory classes first.
