Buddha Day 2024

Buddha Day is arguably the most important date in the Buddhist calendar, a time where Buddhists all over the world mark the birth of Siddhartha Gautama, and his Enlightenment attainment by which he became known as the Buddha. 

Doors will be open by 4:30pm. Please bring vegan food to share, and also, if you wish, please bring your Buddha rupa/statue so that we can gather all our Buddhas together on one shrine. 

There will be a talk on the Buddha at 5pm, followed by a Buddha visualisation meditation. 

There will be food at 6pm and a puja at 6:50pm. We will end the evening at 7:30pm
