Fragmentation to Connection: A Deeper Approach to Health - Listening to the Body as Living Intelligence

Fragmentation to Connection: A Deeper Approach to Health - Listening to the Body as Living Intelligence

Saturday 13 June 10am – 1pm

Many people today are living with ongoing fatigue, persistent pain or a sense of being overwhelmed - often while doing everything they can to stay well. It can feel confusing when the body doesn’t respond or when symptoms continue despite effort, care and support. Over time, we can lose sight of how health is actually working and begin to relate to the body through symptoms, labels and separate solutions.

This workshop explores a more integrated way of working with health. Through guided practices, reflection and self-care approaches, you will be taken through how symptoms form in the body, the patterns that shape them and how different aspects of life interact -helping you begin to work with health as a whole system rather than in parts. Drawing on clinical experience and teachings that relate to the nature of the body and mind, this session offers a grounded and practical pathway for making real inroads into your health supporting the body to respond, reorganise and restore greater energy, clarity and capacity for living life.
