Believe in Change - six week intro course

Our intro course runs for 6 week blocks a few times throughout the year, sometimes on Tuesdays evenings and at other times on Thursday evenings. 

The course covers many basic Buddhists tenets, and aims to help people learn how to implement the Buddhas teachings and Buddhist practices, including meditation, into their daily lives.
